UN: 7.3 million teen births in developing world

LONDON (AP) Teen pregnancies in the developing world are declining, but more than 7 million girls under the age of 18 are still giving birth each year, according to a United Nations report released Wednesday.The U.N. Population Fund expressed particular alarm about the dangers facing girls 14 or younger, who account for 2 million of the 7.3 million births to women under 18 in developing countries. This group faces the gravest long-term social and health consequences from giving birth as teens.
The report looked at births to women under 18 worldwide, the underlying causes of teen pregnancy and what can be done to curb the problem.

General Rules 1.      In order to fulfill MS(CS) degree requirements, a student is required to pass all the four core/requisite courses, four specialization courses in his/her selected area of specialization and defend his/her research thesis. 2.      A student can enroll in an MS level course only if he/she has taken all pre-requisites for that particular course. 3.      In a semester, a student can enroll up to four MS level courses, i.e. 12 MS level credit hours. There is no restriction on the number of pre-requisite courses. 4.      A student may attempt to improve a 'C' or 'D' grade in a course at most twice. 5.      A student is eligible to enroll in thesis if he/she has completed 21 MS level credit hours course work with minimum CGPA of 2.75. Faisalabad Board Annual HSSC Part II Supplementary date Sheet 28th October 2013

1) The Examination in English (Compulsory) only will be held in two groups i.e. “Group First” and “ Group Second”.
2) The Examination in the subject/s against which no group has been shown will be taken at one and the same time by all the candidates offering those subject/s.
3) The Group in which a candidate is to take the examination shall be mentioned on his/her Roll No. Slip. No candidate shall be allowed under any circumstances what-so-ever to take the examination in a Group and
the centre of Examination other than one allotted to him/her.
4) During examination any Holiday / Local Holiday/s will not affect the schedule of the Examination.
The Examination will be conducted according to the date sheet until any announcement / Circulation about the change of date /s is made by the Board.
5) In the column of paper, Part – I is meant for the candidates appearing in the Intermediate Part-I Examination (Class – XI) and Part – II is meant for
the candidates appearing in the Intermediate Part-II Examination (
Class – XII).
6) All the candidates are advised to strictly follow the “INSTRUCTIONS’’ printed on the date sheet & Roll No. slips.

5. During the examination, any holiday national or local will not effect the examination. The examination will be conducted
according to the date/s given in the date sheet. In case of any change the Board will make proper
announcement/circular for a change in the date sheet
